We respond to every application we recieve so if you do not hear back from us within a few days please contact us directly as you may have submitted incorrect contact details.

The following paperwork is required by stalls on the day and copies should be sent to us by two weeks before the event:
• Risk assessment – All stalls
• Proof of insurance – All stalls (some exceptions apply)
• Food hygiene training certificate – All stalls providing non-packaged food
• PAT test records – All stalls bringing electrical equipment, unless you can provide proof of purchase within the last year
